We first met Derek when we needed a tile backsplash installed in our kitchen. His attention to detail, helpful suggestions and professional service completely won us over and when it was time to find someone to finish our basement, he was our first choice. His attention to detail, which has been mentioned by previous clients, was true down to the last detail (even going so far as to make sure the door hinges matched the ones upstairs!) and we never came home to a mess. "We always hear about the terrible ones, but here is one that I would recommend in a second. His name is Derek Malcolm and he was recommended to me by a third party as being "the" guy to get to do my suspended ceiling for finishing my basement. I had to wait for him to be available to do my work which I actually took as a good sign because only good people have steady work... those fly by the seat of the their pants guys do just enough to get by day to day.
